Document Description
YARA North America, Inc. (YARA) proposes to relocate and expand their existing dry fertilizer bulk storage and distribution operations. The proposed project would construct a new distribution facility within the West Complex of the Port of Stockton. The 8.01 acre project site is currently developed with Buildings 213 and 312 and a paved area north of Building 213. The project would construct a new warehouse in the paved area north of Building 213. YARA would also lease and utilize Buildings 213 and 312 for its operations.
