Construct a drainage channel and detention basin facility on 36.4 acres of land to be dedicated as an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (I.O.D) In Fee Title to the City of Sacramento. The project will also include a 0.23 acre Utility and Drainage Easement across an adjacent privately owned parcel. The Detention Basin 6B can be broken into four construction components consisting of the Detention Basin Component (approximately 12 acres at the southern end), Drainage Channel Component (running north to south), Utility Access Easement and Outfall Pipeline Component, and the Project Phasing Component.
