Site is currently the Parkside Elementary School in western San Francisco, surrounded primarily by single-family residential two-story structures over a garage. Since 1978, the building has been used for administrative uses by the SF Unified School District. Public District Use (P).
Document Description
The demolition of the existing building and the construction of a two-story approximately 62,100 square-foot Diane Feinstein elementary School. The new building would contain 27 classrooms which could accommodate a maximum of approximately 500 students for grades K through five. The school would contain an approximately 4,500 square-foot multi-purpose room plus kitchen and storage, an approximately 1,750 square-foot library, a parent room, principal's office and faculty lounge. The main entrance would be on 25th Avenue with a secondary access on Vicente Street.
