A Development Agreement involves financial compensation to the City In exchange for a density transfer of 20 single-family units from public lands within the Specific Plan Area, as permitted by the Northeast Gateway Specific Plan. A Grading Exemption Is requested for cut slopes up to 63 feet In height located
