The project also includes the Eureka Ranch Tentative Map for development of PA 1 within the SPA totaling approximately 167 acres. A program-level environmental analysis will evaluate the environmental effects of the specific plan. A project-level analysis will be conducted for the proposed Eureka Ranch Tentative Map.
