The proposed project consists of a specific plan for the approximate 418-acre Northeast Gateway SPA, which is comprised of five subplanning areas under multiple ownerships. The project also includes the Eureka Ranch Tentative Map for development of PA 1 within the SPA totaling approximately 167 acres. A program-level environmental analysis will evaluate the environmental effects of the specific plan. A project-level analysis will be conducted for the proposed Eureka Ranch Tentative Map.
