Document Description
Construction and operation of a nuclear waste storage facility (ISFSI) at the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. The proposed project consists of up to seven concrete pads each 65 feet wide by 105 feet long and 7.5 feet thick to hold up to 140 casks of radioactive fuel. The concrete surface is to be poured in 2 phases on a graded pad requiring the removal of 150,000 cubic yards of earth.
