The proposed project involves the implementation of an approximately 4.5-ace nature park to serve the resients of the City, employees from surrounding industrial/business parks and commercial usesm and trail users. The park will provide passive recreational opportunities comprised of a decomposed ranite trail with connections to the Serrano Creek Regional Riding and Hiking Trail and a turf field with picnic areas. The project also includes native vegetation, signage, kiosk, bike rack, shade/picnic structures, picnic tables, and benches.
