Document Description
The project proposes a minor subdivision of 3.95 gross acres into 3 lots for single-family residential development. There is one existing single-family residence on proposed parcel 3, which will remain, and two additional dwelling units are proposed. All lots will be on septic and water services will be provided by Padre Dam Municipal Water District. No off site improvements are required. Grading proposed for project implementation will involves approximately 1800 cubic yards off cut and fill. Access to the project site is via a private road of Tavern Road.
