Document Description
The proposed project involves the subdivision of the property into a 28-lot subdivision and Planned Residence Development (PRD) consisting of 25 residential lots and 3 common area lots. The proposed PRD would be accessed from a new public street from Modoc Road through the site, terminating in a cul-de-sac. A sidewalk is proposed along the outer perimeter of the roadway, with additional pedestrian connections through the on-site open spaces. Pedestrian access is also proposed from this project to Pine Drive. The proposed units will be a combination of the following four building types.
