Document Description
PA01-0324 is a request to construct and operate a 10,000 square foot education building to accommodate 120 students, a 3,000 square foot pro shop building, a nine-hole par 3 public golf course, and a 40 tee driving range on a 22.3-acre parcel. The existing topography of the project site will be reconfigured by the grading to accommodate the golf course and driving range. An estimated 61,000 cubic yards of soil are expected to be cut and 129,000 cubic yards of soil are expected as fill, including 68,000 cubic yards of import soil.
