Proposed uses include an operations and maintenance building; bus wash; bus, employee, and public "park and ride" parking; daycare center for employees' children; and fueling station with liquified/compressed natural gas, diesel fuel, and unleaded gas for SWTA vehicles. The liquified/compressed natural gas fuel would also be available for vehicles of other public agencies and the general public. The fueling station would have a restroom.
