Document Description
The project is the remediation of contaminated sediment within the former Campbell Shipyard basin, San Diego, by capping in place affected sediment. A one-acre eelgrass habitat would be constructed in the northern portion of the shipways area protected by the mole pier from propeller wash associated with the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal. The mole pier will provide public access to a floating dock. Another floating dock would be located south of the mole pier to provide access for the hotel. A 20-30 slip transient marina would be located north of the eelgrass habitat.
