Document Description
The Natural Resource Trustees for the Montrose case have developed this Phase 2 Final Restoration Plan to restore injured and lost natural resources due to historic rebases of DDTs and PCBs into marine waters of the Southern California Bight. The preferred alternatives under this plan are: kelp forest and sub-tidal reef restoration on the Palos Verdes shelf; monitor Bald Eagles and recovery of Peregrin Falcons on the Channel Islands; restore Ashy Storm Petrals on the Channel Islands; restore seabirds to Scorpion Rock; reduce seabird disturbance on the Channel Islands; restore seabirds to Baja California Pacific Islands; and, restore seabirds to Prince Islands.
