The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1601 (SAA #R5-2002-0223) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, John Mundy. The applicant proposes to install 5,500 feet of new 42-inch steel pipeline for portable water distribution which will temporarily impact 0.095 acres of riparian habitat.
