Document Description
The Heritage Valley Parks Specific Plan includes the development of 301.2 acres of residential, parks and open space areas within the southeastern portion of Fillmore. The residential component includes a maximum of 750 dwelling units and roadways within 170.1 acres of the site, with approximately 85.5 acres for parks and potential site for a library, a 10.6 elementarly school, a 0.9-acre fire sub-station, and 27.3 acres of flood control facilities including a soil cement levee along the Santa Clara River. The project would result in the annexation of 234.7 acres from the County of Ventura to the City of Fillmore.
