Document Description
Development of transportation facilities including a 510-foot Metrolink rail station platform with 300 related parking spaces, a 3,150 square foot transit station building with clock tower, a bus transfer station to be utilized by the local Antelope Valley Transit Authority and other regional providers, a 200-space Park and Ride lot, a compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling facility, and bicycle and pedestrian accommodations. The rail station will be constructed on top of a 630-foot box culvert storm drain improvement within Ana Verde Creek. The project will also require acquisition and construction of an off-site drainage basin site on the north side of Technology Drive. A future phase will include construction of an additional 300 parking spaces and is included in the current project.
