Document Description
The proposed project is the El Toro Road Traffic and Landscape Improvement Project by the City of Lake Forest. The City is proposing to make circulation and landscaping improvements to El Toro Road. Three optioins are proposed and analyzed throughout the EIR. The goal of the improvements in each of the options is to reduce congestion and enhance the aesthetics along the El Toro Road Corridor.
