Document Description
Two main components of the project are: Court Street - a three-level mied-use building consisting of about 62,000 square feet of floor area and including retail uses, restaurants, and offices to be constructed on the City parking lot; and Palm/MOrro Office/Parking Structure - a building containing five levels to parking with a total of 243 parking spaces and about 16,000 square feet of office space at the Palm Street level.
