Document Description
The principal components of the project include a pump station and storage facility at the existing wastewater treatment plant in the 4S Ranch Specific Plan, a pump station and storage facility at the approved wastewater treatment plant in the Santa Fe Valley Specific Plan, and a connection to the OMWD's Raw Water Main Extension 153. Connecting pipelines between these facilities will be constructed entirely within existing rights-of-way and easements. The main connecting pipelines, 18-inch and 16-inch recycled water lines and a 12-inch raw water line, will be constructed mostly in the alignment of Camino del Norte through Black Mountain Ranch and 4S Ranch concurrently with construction of the road, which has been approved by the County of San Diego.
