The principal components of the project include a pump station and storage facility at the existing wastewater treatment plant in the 4S Ranch Specific Plan, a pump station and storage facility at the approved wastewater treatment plant in the Santa Fe Valley Specific Plan, and a connection to the OMWD's Raw Water Main Extension 153. Connecting pipelines between these facilities will be constructed entirely within existing rights-of-way and easements.
