Document Description
The University proposes to license the City of Riverside to build, operate and maintain a communications tower. The proposed project would involve construction of a 70-foot tall steel lattice self-supporting tower for the placement of radio and telecommunication antennas, including verticle pole-type antennas and four 6-foot diameter radio dishes. The tower footprint will be approximately 20 feet by 20 feet. In addition to the antenna tower, one 12 foot by 30 foot building will be constructed on-site using block or panel walls. The project will also include one propane-fueled (1,000 gallon) emergency generator.
