Document Description
The project is located south of the intersection of South Palm Canyon Drive and Acanto Drive and to the easterly terminus of Old Rincon Village Road (now under construction). The site is approximately 7.0 acres and contains the Maintenance Facility that is to be relocated and replaced by new structures. The new structures will measure 36' x 150' (5,400 square feet) storage for vehicles, and the smaller structure will measure 34' x 56' (1,900 sf) that will provide office space. The proposed Tribal Building, consisting of 9,500 sf of floor area, will include a lodge room, dining area, Council room, multi-purpose room and kitchen. The building will accommodate approximately 500 people and will be utilized for weddings, holiday functions, special occasions and other events as needed.
