Document Description
Installation of a 23-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert. The culvert will provide uninterrupted flow of water under a 16-foot wide asphalt driveway that will access a home built on the property. Fill dirt will be placed over the culvert to support the driveway. The project site is located at 8560 Corriente Road, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo County. The California Departmet of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0528 pursuant to section 15096 (i).
