Document Description
The primary project objective is to improve fish passage conditions for adult steelhead by clearing debris from one or more culverts under the crossing and placing 2- to 3-ton boulders immediately downstream of the crossing. This will be accomplished by grubbing cobbles and boulders from the streambed along the top edge of the crossing, and placing boulders with a backhoe.
