The California Coastal Commission proposes to lease approximately 3,217 square feet of existing office space. The facility would house approximately 10 staff members. Approximately one parking space would be used on a regular basis. This district office will be used as office space to support the staff of the North Coast District Office of the California Coastal Commission. The Coastal Commission administers a regulatory program pursuant to the California Coastal Act for reviewing new development within the coastal zone.
This office consists of the lease of offices in existing office space resulting in negligible expansion of use.
