Document Description
Reactivation of two currently inactive sludge lagoons at the Diemer Filtration Plant. Proposed activities include the mechanical dewatering of sludge from active thickeners onsite and discharging the sludge into Lagoon 2 for drying. Lagoon 1 will be used to collect sludge if the mechanical equipment is unable to handle the amount of sludge generated onsite. Decant water from the mechanical equipment will then be pumped back to the supernatant pump station to be recycled to the plant influent.
