Document Description
Grading and excavation to re-establish perennial and seasonal wetlands. Approximately 200 linear feet of the stream bank will be graded to create a stable slope and planting bench and re-create a flood plain for the creek. Soil will be removed to a depth of 18 inches to create the flood plain for the creek. Depressions in the stream channel will be constructed to create wetland basins. A levee will be removed to enable the stream to flow and develop wetlands. Root wad structures will be installed to provide additional habitat for aquatic species. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0660 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
