Remove and/or selectively prune trees and shrubs surrounding the existing Lifeguard Tower on the western shoreline of O'Neill Forebay at San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area. This will protect public safety by allowing an unobstructed view of both designated swim beaches swim beaches and the San Luis Creek boat launch ramp.
