The Removal Action Workplan proposes to: 1) excavate approximately 333 cubic yards of PCB contaminated soil; 2) construct an asphalt barrier over the northern portion of the property; 3) restricting the site to industrial/commercial uses through a deed restriction; 4) implement a groundwater monitoring plan; and 5) implement a soil and groundwater management plan during construction of the maintenance facility.
