Document Description
The project consists of geotechnical drilling explorations as part of the widening of southbound I-405 between Culver Drive and MacArthur Boulevard. The purpose of the borings is to evaluate the stability of the soil prior to widening the bridge. Each boring, and the drill equipment, will be located to avoid vegetation and will be outside of the wet portion of the streambed. Accessory equipment will be confined to existing access roads outside of the streambed. With implementation of all project features and SAA conditions all impacts should be minor and temporary.
