Document Description
In order to repair the failing slope and leaning fence, the operator proposes to recompact the soil, and install soldier piers and /or a concrete cutoff wall, along approxiamtely 600 linear feet of the east bank of an unnamed tributary to Marsh Creek, at the end of Grant Street in Brentwood, Contra Costa County. The fence will be restored in the same location on the bank. At the homeowners request a concrete retaining wall may be constructed on top of the piers or cutoff wall to level the backyard. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-1006 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
