Install louvers and screens on existing non-historic window covers on mothballed historic building in Angel Isand State Park to prevent entrance of water and insects and promote ventilation. Also, implement a condition monitoring program using portable monitors to evaluate the effectiveness of the ventilation system and assist in the development of a mothballing plan for historic buildings at the park.

Reasons for Exemption
Project consists of basic data collection, research, and experimental management activities that will not result in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource, and installation of ventilation to preserve existing structures/historic fabric. Work on historic resources will be conducted in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer.
