Document Description
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will lease approximately 2,384 square feet of office space for a field office in a newly completed office/retail strip commercial site in Salinas. The staff at this facility will include six employees and approximately 35 clients/visitors per week will be seen. Only minor interior alterations will be necessary to this one-story office space. Eight non-exlusive parking spaces will be available and local transit service is available within 1/4 mile of the project site.
