Document Description
Description of Changes: The locations of the IA and SGS will be moved slightly from the locations indicated in the 2002 FMP. In particular, the IA will be moved approximately 300 feet west to an existing paved parking area. The change in location will result in a cost savings to the District between $750,000 to $1 million in the form of reduce swing space costs. The proposed change will result in the loss of 100 parking spaces and up to 29 non-native trees may be removed. The SGS will be moved approximately 200 feet south to an existing lawn area between the existing Campus Center and Business Education buildings. The change in location will result in a cost savings to the District of approximately $1.5 million in the form of reduced swing space and retaining wall costs. The proposed change will result in the loss of approximately 35 non-native trees.
