Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of new buildings and relocation of existing facilities to a 25-acre site located on property to be leased from the Tahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency. The project site is located on Joerger Drive approximately 1-mile northeast of the intersection with State Route 267 just north of the Truckee-Tahoe Airport. The project includes the initial construction of a bus garage (6,210 square feet), vehicle repair building (19,340 square feet), administrative office (5,560 square feet), and a fuel station. Future construction includes an addition to the bus garage (50,200 s.f.), a maintenance and operations building (19,500 s.f.) and a compressed natural gas (CNG) station.
