-Minor realignment to meet AASHTO Standards for a 20 miles per hour design speed;
-Widen Hyampom Road;
-Raise the profile of the road at the eastern end of the project to correct flooding problems;
-Rehabilitate the Nine-Mile Bridge;
-Place rock slope protection and retaining walls along Hyampom Road above Hayfork Creek;
-Replace two other culverts conveying ephemeral drainages and improve the subsurface drainage system;
-Realign the approach to Nine Mile Bridge;
-Relocate the trail access for Eight Mile Trail.
