Road and bridge rehabilitation, realignment and widening. Realign tight curves, raise road profile to correct flooding, widen to two 11-foot lanes with 2-foot paved shoulders, widen bridge, install retaining walls and rock slope protection, replace one culverts with a bridge, replace othe culverts with 100 year.
