- The proposed project involves the second phase of replacement of ~10,600 feet of existing trunk sewer lines in the Town of Hillsborough, San Mateo County, CA. Phase II would begin at the point where Phase I ended and would extend from Woodridge Road north along Crystal Springs Road to the Intersection of Crystal Springs Road and El Cerrito Avenue (~3,300 feet), and then north and east along El Cerrito Avenue to Gramercy Drive (~7,300 feet). The pipeline would be installed within the existing roadway or along the roadway shoulder, in the same location as the existing trunk sewer lines.
