Document Description
Enlarge the existing sanitary sewer main along El Cerrito Avenue and Crystal Springs Road, adjacent to San Mateo Creek. The pipeline will be installed using trenchless techniques for the section near San Mateo Creek. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0558 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Kevin O'Connell/Town of Hillsborough.
