Document Description
The Residences project includes the following entitlement requests: 1. Rezone for 145.1 acres from A-2(PD) to RD-1(PD) (5.2 acres), RD-3(PD) (86.4 acres) and O(PD) (53.5 acres). 2. Amendment to the Rancho Murieta Planned Development (PD) Ordinance (77-PD-10) to reconfigure the circulation pattern and reconfigure the open space areas as shown on the approved master plan. 3. Vesting Subdivision Map to create four lots in the RD-1 zone and 234 lots in the RD-3 zone for a total of 238 residential lots, in addition to four open space lots, five landscaped lots, one separate lot for the existing television tower, and one private road lot (Plate PD-E).
