The project is limited to the construction of a total of 198 single-family residential lots in two development areas with associated roadways and drainage infrastructure including a water quality detention basin and temporary inundation area. An open space preserve is proposed which will divide the two development areas from north to south. The project will have three phases of construction work. Project activities will include mass grading, the installation of outfalls, channel realignment, and culvert installations affecting stream habitat.
