A Rezone to increase the 200 acres of Recreation to 260 acres, to decrease the 436 acres of Open Space to 390 acres, and to decrease the 260 acres of Residential to 250 acres. A Tentative Map Amendment to reconfigure previously approved lots and modify the internal circulation pattern. Various amendments to the Use Permit and Master Plan including the replacement of the approved community septic system with a tertiary wastewater treatment facility and revisions to the Community Design Guidelines.
