The project consists of three new multipurpose play fields and a parking lot on California Tahoe Conservancy (CTC) and Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC)- owned property located in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Site access would be provided from Al Tahoe Boulevard by a new roadway on South Tahoe Public Utility District-owned property located south of the proposed play fields and parking facilities.
