Document Description
This project has been revised by the applicant since the Draft EIR that was prepared and circulated in July 2008. Because of the revisions now proposed by the project applicant, the County is undertaking a new environmental review of the project as it is currently proposed. The project applicant has proposed a winery that would be located within three existing caves located along the ridgeline at the end of Langley Hill Road. These caves would house winery operations (crushing, bottling, and storage), winery offices, and living quarters for up to six people. A service building and living quarters for up to 15 seasonal workers are also proposed on the property.
