Document Description
The project sponsor has proposed a zoning text amendment that would alter the County's Zoning Regulations to expand the regulated definition of wineries to include Scenic Wineries. The project sponsor has proposed a winery that would be located within three excavated caves located along the ridgeline at the end of Langley Hill Road. These caves would house winery operations (crushing, bottling, and storage), winery offices, and living quarters for up to six people. A service building and living quarters for up to 15 seasonal workers are also proposed on the property.
