The project is located on the Pacheco Pass Landfill property in the eastern foothills of south Santa Clara County along Pacheco Pass Highway. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0545 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Christ Choate / Norcal Waste Systems Pacheco Pass Landfill, Incorporated.
