Document Description
To increase tonnage, accept food waste as part of the feedstock, composting of green waste in windrows, and the use of AgBags for any wastes containing food wastes, increase in permitted traffic to this site. The site traffic includes both traffic to the landfill (SWFP No. 43-AA-0004) and traffic to the compost site, for a total of 260 vehicles not to exceed 260 vehicles per day. An increase in acreage from 11.4 acres to the 18.3 acres and an increase in equipment. Project features include the stockpiling and processing of feedstock and composting operations conducted on all-weather pads.
