Document Description
The project is the modification of an existing Use Permit and Architectural and Site Approval (ASA) to expand the existing composting operations. The project allows the maximum allowable throughput of the composting facility to change to a peak of 750 tpd and an average 450 tpd of feedstock. In order to facilitate the expansion, the following operation and physical changes to the existing facility will be implemented. Increase the composting facility footprint from 11 to 18.3 acres. Add foodwaste as an allowable feedstock. Allow windrow compost operation of feedstock that contains green waste material. Add additional processing machinery.
