Document Description
The BART Phase II Project is a 6-mile BART extension into Santa Clara County with four stations & a maintenance facility. Project updates include a revised opening year of 2039, an increase in tunnel diameter, changes to stations, elimination of mid-tunnel ventilation facilities, minor vertical & horizontal alignment shifts, & updates to construction methodology. This Addendum concludes that the refinements do not result in new or substantially more severe impacts than disclosed in the Final SEIR.
