Document Description
The BSVII Project is a 6-mile extension of the BART system into Santa Clara County with 4 stations and a maintenance facility. Since the Final SEIS/SEIR was certified in 2018, refinements were made to the Tunnel Boring Machine size and West Tunnel Portal construction and tunneling support. VTA prepared an Addendum that identifies that these refinements do not result in new or substantially more severe impacts than those described in the Final SEIR/SEIS.
